The Product is delivered as an instant digital download after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.
The Product is sold as a one-time purchase. The current price is displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, sales tax, and VAT calculations on our behalf.
Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download the Product. A download link will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your download, contact us at the email address listed below.
We offer a results guarantee: if you use the prompts and workflows as directed and do not save at least 5 hours in your first week, we will personally review and optimize your setup at no additional cost.
Because this is a digital product with instant delivery, we do not offer blanket monetary refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing access to the Product, or if the Product is materially different from what was described, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

The Product provides educational templates and workflow guides. It does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. AI outputs generated using the Product's prompts must be independently verified by a qualified professional before use in client work. We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated content. As stated throughout the Product: AI drafts. You verify. You sign. Always.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Client Shield Protocol's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Product shall not exceed the purchase price you paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product or AI-generated outputs.
Purchasers receive free lifetime updates to the Product. Updates will be delivered to the email address used at purchase. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal resolution.
